Adams, David, Private, was killed by a landmine. Abudu, Ahmed (aged 19), Private, 3 Reserve Holding Unit, was killed by gunshot in a CT attack at night on their camp just south of the BSAP post in Kanyemba, Sipolilo, Op Hurricane. Abrahams, Ian D., Private, First Battalion, Rhodesia Defence Regiment, died on active service. Abrahams, Henry James, Corporal, Tenth Battalion, Rhodesia Regiment, was killed by a landmine, 9th April 1976. The remaining one tried to throw a grenade at the Scouts and Jele, with no regard for his own safety, tackled the CT and stabbed him to death with his bayonet. His BCR citation states that his patrol encountered a group of six CTs, capturing four.
